Welcome to FastReview ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our restaurant review management platform and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using FastReview, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using FastReview, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

FastReview provides a platform that helps restaurants manage their Google Business Profile reviews. Our Service includes:

  • QR code generation for review collection
  • AI-powered review draft generation
  • Google Business Profile integration
  • Review analytics and management tools
  • AI-generated reply drafts for reviews

We do not post reviews on behalf of guests. All reviews are posted directly by guests to Google Business Profile.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
  • Engage in review gating or manipulation
  • Spam, harass, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Google Business Profile Integration

Our Service integrates with Google Business Profile. By connecting your Google account, you agree to:

  • Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Business Profile policies
  • Not engage in review gating or manipulation
  • Not post fake or incentivized reviews
  • Maintain accurate business information
  • Accept responsibility for all actions taken through our Service that affect your Google Business Profile

We are not responsible for Google's policies or any actions Google may take regarding your Business Profile.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review drafts and reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws and Google's policies
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content

8. Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FastReview and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTREVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
