3. Guest Privacy

Important: We do not collect personal information from guests who scan QR codes or use our review generation tools. We only collect:

• Anonymous analytics (QR scan events, draft generation counts)
• No names, emails, or personal identifiers
• No review content (reviews are posted directly to Google, not through our platform)

Guests post reviews directly to Google Business Profile. We never store or have access to guest review content or personal information.
